Today, I’m going to let the flowers do the talking.

Did you hear anything, or were the flowers speaking too quietly?

Beautiful… Thank you for sharing xx
My pleasure!
No, I could hear them loud and clear, particularly that beautiful peony and those orchids.
Some do seem louder than others.
Oh they were talking to each and complimenting each other. I love the blue poppy and the brownish iris. 😀 😀 What gorgeous photography you have for this week.
Thanks for the perfect prompt to draw them out 🙂
I have never seen a blue poppy. Lovely.
They’re a very striking shade of blue.
Kent Pride is a stunning colour! Beautiful photos Susan, but then they always are.
It’s very kind of you to say so. 🙂
I hear a definite babble; they are all talking at once. Each has its own dialect, but I do believe that each is saying some version of “Look at me! I’m amazing!” The blue poppy, however, is a little different; that one is whispering mysteriously just to make me get closer and stand on my head to look up into it. Then it winks at me. Body language.
‘All talking at once’ – I think you’re right, although I have to say that the poppy has never winked at me.
Really? Even when you’ve twisted yourself upside-down to look up into it? I am very surprised.
That’s where I have been going wrong. I am still looking at things the right way up.
A lovely set of images Susan, that blue poppy is quite something! Didn’t know such a thing existed!
They are always startling, no matter how often you see them.
Sweet Juliet is wonderful! I can almost smell it while seeing your photo! Thanks so much, Susan!
It would have to smell nice with that name, wouldn’t it?
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a blue poppy, so, for that reason, I love this flower best. But not to fear: I love all of your flowers! Great selection!
Thank you. I’m delighted to have introduced you to blue poppies.
Beautiful!!
Thank you!
