  1. Susan, my computer is blocking your site and Soulgifts — Telling Tales tonight saying Trend Micro has confirmed that this website can transmit malicious software or has been involved in online scams or fraud. I will check through where I manage my blogs I follow and see if it does the same thing.

    1. Thanks for letting me know about this. I was confident my site is safe to visit, but I got in touch with one of the WordPress Happiness Engineers to be sure. He checked my site and Soulgift’s site with Google’s free software and reassured me they are both OK. Anyone can do this for a site (or their own site) here: https://www.google.com/transparencyreport/safebrowsing/diagnostic/

I suppose it just sometimes happens that false alarms are raised. As I’m not a customer of Trend Micro, I couldn’t find a way to report a false alarm error warning.

I have been having a few issues with sites not showing when I click through from the reader too, though I have just been getting a general error message. I’ve just cleared my cache, which is the first thing WordPress recommend, but it’s too early to see if this has made any difference.

      1. Hi hon. I was able to get in to Raili’s site this morning with no problem, but I’m still getting the warning on yours. Though on your response notification to me I clicked on HOME and it let me into that page. So I tried to click Contact and the warning came up again. I’m wondering if that means it’s your email rather than the site? Arn said it could be trolls mining for data and they will move on. I’ll keep an eye on it today and see if it lets me in. Has anyone else mentioned having trouble? This is a new laptop and the security stuff on here is really over the top… Sigh…

        1. I suppose it’s better to be safe than sorry. No one else has mentioned it, so far at least. I’m sorry you’re having trouble with it – hopefully it will get back to normal soon.
