There can be few places so welcoming as a potting shed to a gardener, and, with winter in the air here, that welcome feels especially warm.
Winter is very much in the air at the moment. I hardly dare ask if you’ve had snow already.
Only a few token flakes. We opened the season formally today with an ice storm. Can snow be far behind? (No.)
I was thinking how badly the USA needs a method of evening weather out. It seems so ironic for some parts to be battling through ice storms while other parts are suffering so terribly from wildfires due to drought.
