The light and shade helps give a classic feel to it.
I am drawn to those little seed-pod/berry-looking/peachy-colored little baubles — what a lovely touch! A bouquet with morning coffee is a very civilized way to start the day — thank you!
It always seems surprising to me but the seeds heads are hypericum (St John’s Wort). You can get various colours but the peach ones are very pretty.
St. John’s Wort! I had no idea! They are such an intriguing complement to the flowers in that arrangement. Lovely!
Beautiful photo with great lighting and exposure.
Thanks David. The lighting was very fortunate. It was under an awning outside a florist in Austin.
Stunning picture – beautiful and perfect!
I’m glad you like it!
That’s so pretty!
I imagine it would last quite a while too, though I’m not sure about the blue ones.
Beautiful!
Thanks, Laurie.
Such beautiful colors in this bouquet, Susan!
I would never have thought of putting those berries in with pinks and blues, but it works!
That’s an exotic looking bunch of flowers. I wonder how long lasting agapanthus are?
I was wondering that. They’re not the kind of plants I associate with cutting.
Me neither!
Oh absolutely gorgeous. .. how I would love a bouquet like that 😍
Looks like Mother Nature knows how to put a bouquet together!
