I would say “spot on,” but I don’t want to be too predictable. Petunias always seem so happy.
They do. This series have names related to the galaxy, which made me wonder why the breeders haven’t thought of pushing things on a bit. Spots are all very well, but how about alien faces looking out of every spot? That’s what I’d call a novelty.
And what fun it would be to see gardeners do a double-take!
I have those same night sky petunias! Those are gorgeous!
I saw some burgundy ones too but could not get a decent shot.
Well! 🤣💜
Quite!
My oh my! A Wowsah, even. Love ’em.
The Dalmations of the plant world.
Beautiful
Each with different spotting patterns.
Those are Night Sky Petunias? What a cool name! I love them.
There is a series of spotted ones with names like Night Sky or Starry Sky.
Have not seen these before, pretty cool!
They are fairly new. I’ve seen several different colours – all are striking.
These are beautiful, the deep purple ones are a gorgeous colour 😉
The deeper colour is how they open, then they fade.
Now, this is a post that hits the spot!
Not just spotted, but vein-glorious.
