I’ll be chuckling about this for the rest of the day. They all seem to be looking at the same thing — and somewhat pensively. I wonder what.
I believe the picture was taken during the University Challenge final. These gentlemen have been whipped up by Monkmania but, after a premature buzz, they’re starting to feel concerned that their hero may not win. That reveals a British perspective, of course.
And like a flash I was off to Google since I had not the vaguest idea of what “University Challenge” or “Monkmania” meant. After due reflection, I heard myself laugh out loud. You are a constant source of education for me!
They look the sort to be watching University Challenge (except perhaps the tortoise).
