A night view from The American Queen Steamboat of the place where two rivers meet.
These pictures would have been hidden forever in my photo library, but for today’s Photography101 prompt: Water. I very rarely attempt this kind of shot but I couldn’t rest trying to capture a little of the atmosphere of the river at night.
Part of today’s exercise was to experiment with landscape and portrait formats. I think the landscape format works best for the main picture and portrait for the paddle wheel image below.

There is so much in your photo. Its great I am loving the boats as the subject but I cant help to be drawn to the bridge (I am petrified of bridges but I love the design of them.)
